Verdict — Terms of Service

1. Service

Verdict runs structured adversarial debates between AI models from different vendors over user-submitted questions. Outputs are AI-generated, provided as-is, may be wrong, and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice — user judgment is required.

2. Accounts

One account per person. An accurate email address is required. We may suspend accounts for abuse.

3. Fair use

Usage is metered in verdicts per plan tier: Free 6/week; Pro 60/month; Power 160/month; Day Pass 20/24h; Week Pass 55/7 days. A standard debate costs 1 verdict, a deep debate 3, an adversarial code review 5, and a quick check 0.25. Automated bulk extraction, resale of output, and abuse of the service are prohibited. Rate limits are enforced.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions and passes, when launched, are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled per Paddle policy, including 14-day EU withdrawal rights.

5. Intellectual property

You own the questions you submit and the answers generated for them. We own the service, the prompts, and the orchestration that produces those answers.

6. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service with 30 days' notice for paid tiers.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
