Verdict · Terms of Service

1. Service

Verdict runs structured adversarial debates between AI models from different vendors over user-submitted questions. Outputs are AI-generated, provided as-is, may be wrong, and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice — user judgment is required. Operated by Shpigel Nadav Shimon, Israel.

2. Accounts

One account per person. An accurate email address is required. We may suspend accounts for abuse.

3. Fair use and acceptable use

Usage is metered in verdicts per plan tier, each within its stated window: Free 6/week; Pro 60/month; Power 160/month; Day Pass 20 per 24 hours; Week Pass 55 per 7 days. A standard debate costs 1 verdict, a deep debate 3, an adversarial code review 5, and a quick check ¼. Unused verdicts do not roll over or convert to credit. Accounts are personal — one account per person; access may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or offered as a service to third parties. Automated bulk extraction and resale of output are prohibited. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, input-size limits, or other technical restrictions; probe, scrape, or systematically extract prompts or service internals; or use automation to generate volume beyond normal individual use. We apply technical safeguards, including rate limits and spend controls, and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section. The 14-day money-back guarantee is always honored; accounts that have been refunded may be restricted from future purchases.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions and passes are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Current prices are listed at finalverdict.ai/pricing. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. All paid plans and passes carry a 14-day money-back guarantee - see finalverdict.ai/refunds. EU statutory withdrawal rights apply.

5. Intellectual property

You own the questions you submit and the answers generated for them. We own the service, the prompts, and the orchestration that produces those answers.

6. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service with 30 days' notice for paid tiers.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
