Verdict — Privacy Policy

What we store

  • Account data: your email address.
  • Debate content: the questions you submit, the debate transcripts, and the final answers. This content is retained until you delete it. Deleting your account purges all of your data within 30 days.
  • Usage metrics: the counters we need to enforce your plan quota (verdicts consumed, timestamps).

Processors

  • Anthropic and OpenAI: the content of your question is sent to their APIs for inference, under their API terms. Per both vendors' API policies, API inputs are not used to train their models.
  • Lovable / Supabase: hosting and database.
  • Paddle: payment processing when paid plans launch. We never see or store your card data.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not run advertising.
  • We do not train models on your content.

Your rights

You can access, export, and delete your data via your account dashboard.
